Our LED strips use good quality emitters that reproduce colours accurately and pleasantly thanks to their relatively high CRI (Colour Rendering Index) of 95+. This means that, while they are slightly more expensive than the competition, they donotgive off a greenish cast.
This is great not only for home use, but also for photographers who wish to use these strips to light their subjects, as skin tones look natural and vibrant. Each strip is supplied as asingle 5m length.
This LED strips is extremely versatile and can be fitted almost anywhere with ease, making them perfect for various home-lighting scenarios and of course DIY projects. Make sure the surface onto which you mount them is clean, smooth, and dry.
Please note: we use 3 OZ thicker PCB Board, and blue color hot melt adhesive tape at back, they are good for heat dissipation, it's very hot when 5M is working for a long time, so we suggest customers install our this 24V 95+ led strip light on the aluminum profile for heat dissipation, not install on the surface of wood or other soft, easy burn items.
What is CRI:
Color Rendering Index, it describes how a light source makes the color of an object appear to human eyes,and how well subtle variations in color shades are revealed. The CRI is a scale from 0 to 100 percent indicating how accurate a "given" light source is at rendering color when compared to a "reference" light source.
The higher the CRI, the better the color rendering ability. Light sources with a CRI of 80 to 90 are considered good at color rendering. Light sources with a CRI of 90 or higher are excellent at color rendering and should be used for tasks requiring the most accurate color discrimination.
1: More Thicker PCB Board: 3 OZ PCB board, it's better for heat dissipation
2: Blue Color thermal conductive adhesive tape: we used good quality blue color hot melt adhesive tape at the back, the higher the temperature of led chips on the PCB board, the better the adhesive tape at the back.
3: Luminous efficacy of light source: warm white 103.44lm/W, daylight white: 120.18 lm/W, please see our led chip's testing report.
4: Lumen of 5M: ultra brightness, better than DC12V 95+ and 97+ led strip light, it's about 9000-10000lm per 5M length.

Note: Colour temperature can vary about 5% depending on the batch from the factory, though we try our best to keep it consistent.
Please note that the total power consumption of a single uncut 5m length will be lower than powering five 1m lengths individually.
This is because there is a voltage drop from the start of a strip to its end, due to the copper traces not being able to handle such high current without resistance.
This is not unusual for LED strips and is easy to rectify by either powering it from both ends or by running some additional wiring to help carry the current.
Also, please note that as these strips are high brightness, they do get warm. This is normal, although if you have the option then mounting them to a metallicsurface to help dissipate the heat will improve their longevity.
